Your general meeting admission can be paid at the ROA office or over the phone in advance (at the discounted admission rate), but it MUST be paid at least two days prior to the general meeting for seating count and catering purposes - and to receive the discounted price. Thank you.

Alpine Catering is known as Eugene's Finest Catering Service. They have been in business in this area for 26 years. Their specialty is fresh homemade entrees, salads and desserts.
October Dinner Buffet: Baked Potato Bar
This is a SINGLE serving dinner buffet-style. Note: If you paid your admission at the door, please allow others that pre-paid to be first in line for a bite to eat as they were part of the count given to the caterer and for seating. Thank you.
Buffets will have a vegetarian option. Note: In order for ROA to keep your costs to a minimum, the variety of dishes for dietary restrictions is limited.
