Lane ROA has three types of Membership:
ROA Brochure 2024

1.  ROA Regular Membership:
Landlord, Property Managers & Brokers that own rental units (see brochure for rates, based on units)

2. Industry Associate Membership:
A business membership to market your products and/or services
to over 1,200 members

3.  Helpline Membership:
A Membership for Brokers who don't own rentals, but need access to the Member Helpline
to answer questions regarding landlord/tenant situations for their clients when buying or selling.
This Membership only includes the Member Helpline number and an E-version of the 36-page ROA Bulletin,
full of the latest articles you need to keep yourself updated on on the latest laws for Eugene, Springfield, and the State of Oregon.

They speak with legislators, attend hearings and work groups to influence bills and laws during the legislative session.  Their efforts have resulted in dramatic changes to bills impacting the rental housing industry that might have otherwise been passed without objection.
