in learning how you and your team can prepare
to pass a Section 8/Housing Quality Standard
inspection. Aside from insight into the
Section 8 inspection process, you will develop
an understanding of the physical requirements
of Housing Quality Standards, as well as some
tips and tricks in streamlining the inspection
process which ensures limited vacancy loss.
Attendees will also receive information of the
Landlord Guarantee Program’s $5,000 fund
that provides an avenue for reimbursement
of damage and vacancy loss resulting from a
Section 8 tenancy. You will walk away feeling
confident that you and maintenance team can be
successful when renting to a Section 8 voucher holder.
