Lane County
In-Person Workshop Masks and distancing required
#2033
WEDNESDAY September 23rd, 2020 11am to 1pm
With the end of the Emergency Period comes a reinstatement of some landlord rights, but things are changing fast. This class will update you on the status of House Bill 4213, the impact of the CDC Order, and any changes ahead of the start of the Repayment Period. We will cover the free notification form to send to tenants who are in arrears – how to fill it out, how to send it, and when you can assess the penalty.
If you’re ready to serve notice to terminate tenancy that you haven’t been allowed to serve, this class will teach you which notice to choose, how to fill it out, how to calculate your time and how to legally serve it to ensure you avoid the penalty for error.
Instructor: Tia Politi is a licensed property manager, rental owner, and president of the Rental Owners Association of Lane County.
